Certification Overview

GB/T 50430, formally named Code for Quality Management of Engineering Construction Enterprises, was formulated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to strengthen quality management of engineering construction enterprises and standardize a full range of activities of construction enterprises. These activities cover project bidding, construction contract signing, construction site survey, construction drawing design, compilation of construction work instructions, mobilization of personnel, machinery and materials, construction process management and inspection, internal completion acceptance, completion handover acceptance, file handover and personnel demobilization, as well as warranty services. The objective is to promote construction enterprises to fully implement GB/T 50430:2017.
