What is Organic Catering?
Organic catering represents an extension of the organic industrial chain. Similar to the production of organic products, it adheres to the organic principles of Health, Ecology, Fairness and Care. Operators shall source certified organic raw and auxiliary materials as much as possible, adopt fresh local ingredients, and apply healthy cooking methods that preserve food nutrients to the maximum extent. Raw organic materials and organic dishes shall be processed and handled separately, and traceability shall be maintained throughout procurement, processing and sales activities so as to safeguard the integrity of organic catering services.
