Food Traceability Management System Certification is a special system certification service for the food industry developed by Beijing Engewei Certification Center. Targeting business entities across the entire food chain including food production, processing, circulation, warehousing, sales, catering services, and planting & breeding origins, it centers on full-process traceability control and standardizes the evaluation of enterprises’ traceability management construction throughout the full life cycle of food products.

The certification audit is carried out in accordance with national food safety laws, regulations and industrial specifications for food traceability. It covers full-process control links such as agricultural planting and breeding, raw material procurement and acceptance, production and processing supervision, batch labeling management, warehousing and logistics transportation, terminal sales records, recall of defective food, disposal of non-conforming products, and retention of traceability files, forming a closed-loop traceability management mechanism from farm to table.
